Partnership
We are not coming for your bus.
Every product that has promised homeowners independence from their integrator has either failed or made the house worse. Casient sits above a correctly commissioned KNX installation and is worth nothing without one — which makes the firm that built it the most important party in the room.
It does not compete with you
Casient has no commissioning tool, no ETS replacement and no direct sales channel. The bus stays yours. Every actuator, every line of ETS work and every client relationship remains your trade — and a house running Casient generates more of that work, not less, because owners start asking for capability they had stopped asking for.
It removes the calls you cannot bill for
"Can you make the lights do X." "It turns off while we are still in the room." "Can we change the away behaviour." Those become owner-side adjustments in a console — logged, reversible, and resolved without a truck roll.
It surfaces hardware the client already bought
Every ingestion finds capability installed and never commissioned: constant-light regulation configured and disabled, presence detectors reporting lux nothing consumes, relay channels wired to loads nobody remembers. That list is a quotation.
The ingestion tool stays on your side
Reading .knxproj files is an installer-side service. It never ships to the appliance in the house. You keep the position you have always held: the only party who can change what the building fundamentally does.
The adoption path
A Phase 2, not a different Phase 1.
Nothing here asks you to change how you scope, wire or commission a job.
- 01
Commission KNX as you always do
Standalone, signed off, working without anything above it. This is unchanged, and it is the precondition for everything below.
- 02
Add the layer afterwards
We ingest the ETS project, reconcile it against the live bus, and commission the layer against a system that already works. The client can defer this without stalling the job.
- 03
Prove the failure mode at handover
Unplug the appliance in front of the client and walk the house. Nothing safety- or comfort-critical changes. This is the demonstration that wins the comparison.
- 04
Stay the integrator of record
You hold the client. We support the layer, and escalations that turn out to be bus faults come back to you as billable work rather than to us as complaints.
The honest version.
We are early. One reference installation exists, it is ours, and there are no paying customers. We are not asking you to resell anything to a client yet. We are asking to be introduced to one difficult house — the excellent installation whose owner has stopped believing it can get better — and to be held to the result in front of you.
If it goes badly, you will have watched it go badly and can decide accordingly. That is a more useful basis for a partnership than a deck.
Commercials
Licensed to certified integrators. Pricing and scope set per project.
Partnership and revenue share, agreed per partner. We do not publish rates, tiers or margins — they depend on how much of the delivery you want to own, and that is a conversation rather than a table.

A person reads every one of these. You will hear back within two working days, and if we are not a fit for the work you do we will say so plainly rather than disappear.
